Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM to track sales activities and analyze data
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies

Requirements:
