Position Requirements:
- Lead manufacturing and industrial engineers in the day-to-day operations to ensure high standards of safety, quality, and productivity are maintained.
- Support and engage team members to improve manufacturing efficiencies.
- Drive workflow and troubleshoot concerns as they arise to address potential bottlenecks.
- Ensure Manufacturing Engineering projects align with company goals and strategies.
- Drive and support continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Oversee the design and development of fixtures, tooling, and processes related to the enhancement of manufacturing processes, product changes, and new products that are consistent with a zero-defect level and low product cost
What we ask you to bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field is required.
- 7 years of engineering experience, with 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
- Lean or similar Continuous Improvement knowledge and experience is required.
- CAD/CAM software experience is required.
