Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading our Marketing efforts to obtain, grow and retain customers. Your expertise will be key in crafting compelling proposals that resonate with our clients and implementing marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence in the market. Essential Functions:

• Lead the development and submission of high-quality proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and alignment with company strategy.
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable proposal content, templates, and graphics.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentation, and website content, ensuring brand consistency and effectiveness.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Organize and attend marketing events.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and vendors.
• Monitor customer health metrics, identify at-risk customers, and take proactive steps to address their issues.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and provide information as required to satisfy compliance.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices in proposal management and marketing.
• Manage budgets for marketing and proposal development activities.
• Report on the status of proposals and marketing initiatives to the CEO.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management and marketing within a small business environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing and writing proposals, preferably in a service industry or healthcare sector.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling and persuasive narratives.
• Experience in creating and delivering marketing campaigns and materials that drive business growth.
• Knowledge of CRM systems for tracking leads, proposals, and marketing effectiveness (e.g., Salesforce, SpiceX—the existing vendor.)
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to oversee the creation of visually appealing proposal materials.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and determine return on investment.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing requirements with a problem-solving mindset.
• Understanding of the industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to inform proposal strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay: $46,571.19 - $56,085.74 per year
