Job Summary
Express Exams is seeking a dependable, detail orientated, self-starter who is computer proficient, and has excellent written and communication skills. Must also be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.
The Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for the receipt and accounting of funds being paid to the organization. Ensures that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed to account for the receipt of payment for services. This position also assists with: servicing inquiries from attorneys, legal support staff, physicians, or any representative on behalf of a client.
Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
Some College Preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Typing with a minimum of 35 WPM is required.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
- Prepare bank deposits
- Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities, and use time efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to exercise standards of professionalism
