High level overview of the role:

The Pizza Hut Latin America/Iberia (LAI) team is looking for a data driven Associate Digital & Technology Manager who will work closely with the IT & E-Commerce Sr. Manager to drive forward strategic initiatives in the digital space to accelerate growth for LAI's eCommerce channels.

JOB SIZE:

Latin America/Iberia (LAI) region constitutes ~2500 restaurants in 32 countries and operating 2 brands Pizza Hut and Telepizza.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Manage implementation of e-commerce, mobile payment systems, loyalty programs, apps and social technology in consumer-facing business

- Strong technology project management experience to deliver implementation timely. Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously, including knowledge of working with Project management software

- Engages business partners on a regular basis to ensure project milestones are met

- Actively communicates and work with cross functional partners/franchisees to develop strategies, analyze risk, develop business cases, and transform current processes

- This role does not include coding but will need a thorough understanding of coding to help troubleshoot and collaborate with software engineers

- Experience working with a major Web analytics and reporting tools - ideally Google Analytics

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:

EDUCATION:

- Bachelor's degree Marketing, Communications or related field preferred

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):

- 4-6 years of Marketing experience, preferably in QSR or Technology

- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

- Best-in-class technology experience and knowledge - A track record of bringing Strategy to life digitally

- Critical Skills, including achieving results through others, engaging and empowering others, coaching for performance and working cross functionally

- Demonstrated ability to lead change and shape transformational business strategy

- Previous experience within a multinational highly regarded

- Advanced knowledge/ proficiency in AdWords and Facebook Business Manager

- Experience working with a major Web analytics and reporting tools - ideally Google Analytics

- Skills, including achieving results through others, engaging and empowering others, coaching for performance and working cross functionally

- Previous experience within a multinational highly regarded
