Express Employment Professionals is recruiting Service Technicians to join a well-known company completing projects in several smaller towns through Nebraska and Kansas. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience in agriculture and feel at home in a tight-knit team. This is a direct hire opportunity with highly competitive pay!

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair a variety of agricultural equipment including tractors and combines
• Customer-first mentality with the ability to find solutions to outstanding issues or concerns
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education/Skills:

• Associates Degree in a related field required
• 1 year of technician experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a background in the agriculture industry required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Certifications for John Deere equipment strongly preferred
• Experience working with John Deere equipment strongly preferred
• Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills

Schedule/Pay:

• This is a day shift opportunity

• Potential for required travel within Nebraska/Kansas
