Miner Technician

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a company in Kearney, NE to recruit several Miner Technicians. The ideal candidate for these roles will have experience working in construction, production, manufacturing, or a related field and will have strong foundational knowledge of electronics, troubleshooting, etc. These are highly competitive positions with great benefits that will start immediately!

Position Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

· Installation of new equipment and machinery

· Routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure proper function of equipment and machinery

· Identify issues with and troubleshoot as necessary

· Maintain accurate records of status checks and maintenance

· Will be on call for after-hours emergencies

Education/Experience/Skills:

· 1-3 years of workforce experience in a construction, production, or manufacturing role required

· Ability to read schematics, drawing, and manuals required

· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

· High school diploma or GED

· Great verbal and written communication skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work in a close-knit team environment

· Preference given to candidates with additional education or credentials related to electronics, technology, etc.

Schedule/Pay:

· Monday through Friday, day shift

· MUST be willing to be on-call after hours for emergencies

· Pay between $23-28/hr depending on skills, experience, and qualifications

· Potential for bonuses and other supplemental pay
