temporary contract worker
to fill the position of Customer Service Representative (CSR) at a distinguished non-profit healthcare organization located in Hawaii!
Location
Honolulu, HI
$16.50 / hr
Schedule
Mon-Fri (8am-5pm), 1hr break

Responsibilities
- Providing in / outbound telephonic service to members regarding open enrollment processes
- Process outgoing / incoming correspondences including member fulfillment and mail return procedures
Requirements
- Associates Degree or post-graduate training (healthcare, insurance, or customer service related fields preferred)
- Call Center or customer contact experience working with inbound and outgoing calls (1-2 recent years preferred)
