  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits, considering project timelines and team availability.

  • Maintain a customer-focused approach, engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, and building positive relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Skills:
  • Possess a good understanding of sales techniques to effectively promote the company's services, discuss project details, and potentially upsell additional offerings.

  • Proficient in using office management software, project management tools, and industry-specific technology to streamline administrative tasks, enhance communication, and improve overall efficiency in the workplace. Stay updated on relevant technological advancements within the construction and remodeling sector.

  • Familiarity with construction and remodeling terminology, processes, and industry trends to facilitate effective communication with clients and team members.
