Malaysia - Interior - Seat (SSPL & DRE)

2 for 2024 (DRE Seat)

Responsibilities

• • Coordinate with all CFT for Timing and Project execution
  • RFQ Coordination and Supplier assessment (TSO)
  • Lead development activities of Seat parts till launch for P674 in Malaysia
  • Drives development with Stallantis CFT and suppliers to meet MRD of Seating parts and assemblies
  • Responsible to meet build targets and project KPIs
  • Responsible for the Coordination of Development activities of Seating Components.
  • Responsibilities will include standardization plan development, interface with product design team, vehicle development, other Interior engineering teams, and suppliers to design, develop
  • Responsible for technical documentation to include DFMEAs, DVP&R’s
  • Maintain EBOMs and manage data releases in accordance with program milestones and target
  • Exposure to Design and development experience in Team center and NX

  Responsible for quality improvements, weight reduction, cost reduction, development and validation

Qualifications

• E./B. Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production and Industrial Engineering ( Full –Time)

Skills

• Product Design & development experience in automotive seating Components (Structure, Foam, Trim and Plastics, etc.)
• Working experience in Component & System level designing
• Good Knowledge in Manufacturing & Assembly feasibility study
• Experience in constructing component and full vehicle DVP&R and DFMEA
• Knowledge on plastic molding/Welding and sheet metal process
• Working knowledge on interior regulatory and certification requirements
• Good communication skills, presentation skills, technical report writing skills, and timeline creation and management skills are required
• Work experience with International Tier 1 and OEMS
• Issue Root causing and coordination with suppliers for ECR

Desired Skills

• CAD tools like CATIA V6
• PLM and CATIA V5/V6
• Knowledge in MS-Office or Google G-Suite
