This role is open only to candidates authorized to work and reside in the US.Responsibilities:Job Summary:We are seeking a talented Senior Consultant, User Experience Designer who will play a pivotal role in crafting seamless digital experiences for patients and physicians. Utilizing insights from human-centered design, you'll design interfaces across various platforms, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards of usability and accessibility. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, you'll shape products that balance user needs with business objectives, ultimately contributing to a best-in-class digital healthcare ecosystem.Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and opportunities through discovery processesDevelop concepts and lead the team in implementing innovative approachesIndependently drive projects with minimal supervision, leveraging your senior-level expertiseConduct user research and design strategies to inform product developmentDeliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences, including senior leadershipCreate presentations and demos to effectively communicate design conceptsOperate within an agile/SCRUM environment, participating in 2-week sprintsMaintain thought leadership in the field, uncovering insights and advocating for best practicesDesign interfaces for various platforms including web, native apps, smart devices, and health monitoring toolsProduce wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications to guide developmentEvaluate designs against project and enterprise standards, including WCAG 2.0 AA AccessibilityCollaborate with the Experience Design team to refine and implement the clients Digital Design LanguageFacilitate design workshops and synthesize diverse ideas into cohesive proposalsProvide oversight of vendors assisting with Experience Design projectsQualifications:High School Diploma/GED (Required)7 years of relevant experience in User Experience DesignProficiency in Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodologiesStrong storytelling and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadershipDemonstrated ability to work in an agile/SCRUM environmentExperience with generative AI preferredSelf-starter with a track record of working on complex solutions and driving thought leadershipPrevious healthcare experience is advantageousSkills:Strong organizational skills and experience with content management systems (CMS)Proficiency in user experience design, including wireframing, prototyping, and user researchExcellent visual communication skills and the ability to clarify complex problemsAbility to design for users with serious medical conditions and maintain sensitivity around patient dataProficient with design tools such as Adobe CS, Sketch, Figma, etc.Experience working with accessibility concerns for digital productsFamiliarity with Agile methodology and defining user storiesUnderstanding of information architecture and usability metricsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsBenefits:Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The hourly pay range for this role is $62 to $70 based on candidate's qualifications and experience.
