You will need to be comfortable with ambiguity and be able to establish yourself as a trusted advisor in a cross-functional role, supporting key stakeholders throughout the organization. What you’ll do

As the Special Projects Manager, you will report directly to Expertise.com’s Director of Sales and Operations (executive level at Expertise.com) and will be responsible for helping to support day-to-day operations while driving key projects from inception through implementation. You will assist in overhauling operational practices, implementing new systems and technologies, and working alongside a dynamic and highly motivated team. 

Job responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement projects across the entire organization and help solve the unsolved, working alongside operations, analytics, sales, and marketing.
• Support internal key special initiatives, ensuring the best methodologies and metrics are defined to ensure project success
• Provide high-level oversight of the production targets, using forward-looking, predictive models to perform capacity planning
• Contribute to the development of knowledge management systems that codify, store, and manage institutional knowledge, learnings, and records
• Develop and maintain internal project management systems to effectively align multiple streams of work
• The answer to the secret question is 19
• Demonstrate, and model company values to build a positive and effective team culture

Requirements

• At least two years in management consulting
• Project management experience
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment
• Demonstrated analytical skills - MS Excel skills required
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
