Job Description
What you will be doing:
Hire the right talent based on integrity, energy, skills, and work ethic.
Organize and plan your shift/day/week/month to ensure an excellent experience for the team and guests.
Communicate expectations clearly and frequently.
Train, teach, and coach staff members.
Inspect staff performance and provide feedback.
Hold a team of 40 accountable.
Show team appreciation and celebrate excellence.
Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
Experience you will need:
A college degree is preferred but not required.
At least 4 years of experience in the food & beverage/hospitality industry.
A genuine love for people.
Positive, hard-working, and honest.
Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing and training others.
Ability to be empathetic while also holding others accountable.
