Responsibilities:

  • Service (and in some cases sell) Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products face to face and via phone/on-line

o Process changes to existing Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, etc.

  • Strengthen and nurture client relationships by providing exceptional customer service experiences
  • Conduct quality insurance and post purchase reviews to ensure a smooth transition to renewal and a seamless onboarding process
  • Responsible for daily checks of service-related matters including but not limited to billing, retention, endorsements, legal documentation, claims, underwriting, home inspections, administrative/follow up tasks etc.
  • Support dealership relationships by verifying accurate evidence of insurance is received
  • Display high levels of integrity, professionalism, respect, and excellent customer experiences
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and all state regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction objectives
  • BA degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Independent agency customer service experience preferred (P&C)
  • Valid Property & Casualty License / Personal Lines a plus
  • Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred, but not required

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday One Saturday per month (Day off during the week to make up for the Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
