Responsibilities:

 Meet with potential customer and offer appropriate product and services

 Build relationships and collaborate with homeowners on their home improvement

plans

 Oversee all aspect of the project from start to finish:

 Establish project timeline from initial sales to project close-out

 Set expectations for Homeowners and construction crews

 Hiring and onboarding construction crews

 Quotes, Contracts, Change orders and all related paperwork

 Project Budgeting

 Payroll

 Materials Acquisition

 Services Acquisition

The ideal General Contractor Sales Consultant:

 Sales and project management background

 Ability to both sell and manage projects, work with homeowners and

construction crew

 Want to enter in the construction and home renovation industry

 Takes initiative, is responsive, and willing to learn and adapt

 Have the ability to work collaboratively and independently

 A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Potential Earnings: $100,000 - $250,000
