ExperCARE is Hiring a Recruiter Near Savannah, GA
- Drives the ongoing recruitment of A-player team candidates that meet the ExperCARE DNA.
- Identifies and implements new methods to pro-actively recruit (rather than passive recruiting).
- Manage ExperCARE’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) system and ensure all applicants are assessed and processed thoroughly and accurately to best identify those who will be successful on team.
- Manages and maintains ExperCARE’s employee referral program.
- Assists with ongoing Team Relations and Engagement activities.
- Actively participates in Orientation, Onboarding and Training.
- Manages Employee records and ensure confidentiality and that all onboarding and terming records are kept current, organized and accessible by the appropriate departments only.
- Actively seeks opportunities to engage and support ExperCARE’s culture at both individual clinic level and organizational level.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- 1-3 years’ Recruiting experience
- HS Diploma
- Some College
