ExlService.com, LLC - Jersey City, NJ Title: Engagement Manager Duties: The Engagement Manager (multiple openings) at EXLService.com, LLC in Jersey City, New Jersey will help clients improve revenues and streamline different business units and/or processes by examining, analyzing, and interpreting client records, data, and processes. Perform external research and communications with client teams. Responsible for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, and Machine Learning engagement management; communications, including deck writing; coordination of all sub team efforts; delivery of output; facilitation and gathering of client feedback on problem structuring; and effective management of frequency of feedback loop with offshore resources. Define engagement scope, deliverables and dependencies. Work closely with internal resources, for end to end delivery of the projects. May lead engagement teams. Play a crucial role in supporting firm development activities by training, staffing, performing recruitment and business development support. Build, validate, and monitor statistical models and ensure they meet client guidelines. Deliver presentations to clients and senior executives. Infrequent travel to various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, plus four years of professional Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) experience. Must include 4 years of experience with each of the following: (1) machine learning algorithms using Python and Java programming language; (2) utilizing natural language processing and computer vision techniques including, convolutional neural networks (CNN), Residual neural networks (ResNet), long short- term memory (LSTM), Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT), generative adversarial networks (GAN), generative pre-training models (GPT), and transformers; (3) deep learning frameworks, including Tensorflow, Pytorch, Caffe, MxNet, or Theano; (4) AI and ML solution deployment in cloud environment, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure; (5) delivering presentations to clients, senior managers and executives; (6) big data processing, data extraction, and variable reduction; (7) managing analytics projects with offshore resources; and (8) Agile.
