Job Title: Client Experience Team Lead 29129

Position Type: Full Time, Regular

Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Pay: $18hr-$18.50

Location: New York, NY 10007

Special Requirement: Experience in supervising, leading and motivating a team, ability to effectively learn and problem solve, customer service, ability to effectively communicate with the team and leadership, mailroom experience

Job Summary:

Supervise all site activities ensuring customer satisfaction in all areas of responsibility to include, but not limited to Switchboard, Mail Services, Print, Records, Shipping, Receiving.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all site activities ensuring customer satisfaction in all areas of responsibility.
  • Coordinate work for Customer Service Associates
  • Supervise and cross-train staff / activities.
  • Provide constructive feedback and recognition to the team.
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction via well trained staff, use of proper work instructions, adherence to Scope of Services, cross-training. Ensure operating and quality standards are met based on service objectives.
  • Balance workload; provide guidance and direction to team; serve as focal point for communication with customer and company personnel.
  • Help resolve employee and customer concerns/issues
  • Complete multiple projects at one time
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Ensure quality maintenance of all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
  • Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as needed.
  • Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages, shipments of paper, etc. as needed
  • Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Perform other tasks as necessary / assigned. Perform duties and special requests as assigned by management
  • Take direction from manager

Key Skills:

  • Supervising, leading and motivating a team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School
  • Experience in supervising staff
  • Customer Service experience
  • Switchboard, Mail Services, Print, Records, Shipping, Receiving experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Standing for long periods of time
  • Significant walking

The pay rate for this position starts at $18hr; however, the base pay rate offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
