Executive Residency by Best Western Corpus Christi is Hiring a Front Office Manager Near Corpus Christi, TX
Minimum 3-5 years Hotel experience and oversight to include Front Desk reservations and operations, familiarity with & understanding of housekeeping, maintenance and repairs and how it all works together. This includes some Sales knowledge/ability.
Provides training, including safety training to all front desk staff. Assigns duties to Guest Service Agents and observes performance to ensure adherence to franchise standards, hotel policies and established operating procedures. Promotes and trains regarding Best Western Rewards sign ups.
All areas of Hotel hospitality with a focus on exceptional Customer service. The ability to multitask, know what is important and instantly re-prioritize. Can handle an active workload with efficiency and grace. A Desire to learn constantly. You are enthusiastic and possess a mature and Optimistic outlook. You CARE .
