3 month contract only position (may turn into permanent role, but not guaranteed)
Pay up to $60/hour
Job Summary:
*The Investor Reporting Contractor handles all aspects of reconciling custodial accounts*
MUST HAVE:
- Deep understanding of mortgage activities as they relate to bank reconciliations and reporting specifically for Ginnie Mae, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of work experience with GNMA, FNMA and FHLMC custodial account reconciliations
- Bank recons, Cash flow analysis, payment processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Above average skill levels in MS Excel is required
