Customer Service Order Entry
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: $19/hr.
Schedule: In-Office (8AM to 5PM)
ExecuSource is partnering with an industry leader in manufacturing and distribution. They are adding a customer service/order entry specialist to their team on a contract basis to assist in their company.
Job Description/What you get to do:
- Handling inbound phone calls from clients
- Following-up as needed with clients on questions
- Putting in order request information
- Basic Math skills needed to help with order entry process
- Cleaning out customer inbox via email
- Professional attitude and consistency making it to work
- Focus, attention to detail, and making sure the work is done accurately
