Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2 years' experience in food safety or quality assurance preferred, however an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
- Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff or through managing a process or project.
- Working knowledge of meat processing is preferred (comprehensive knowledge of USDA, HACCP, and SSOP requirements)
