Exclusive Resorts LLC is Hiring a Director, Brand Partnerships Near Denver, CO

We are seeking a polished, dynamic, and experienced Director, Brand Partnerships to lead identification, negotiation, and management of new partnerships that elevate the Exclusive Resorts brand and contribute to Member acquisition and retention. The Director, Brand Partnerships will also be responsible for managing an developing Exclusive Resorts' current strategic partnerships, as well as working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to conceptualize, curate and Implement strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing high-impact partner relationship strategies that drive the business forward. They will also have a strong background in public relations, event management, membership programs, and leading brand activation initiatives.

The Position:

The Director, Brand Partnerships will be a hands-on and tactical operator who drives initiatives that directly flow through to bottom-line results. This individual can best be viewed as an entrepreneurial and high-energy manager, who maintains a focus on goals and objectives while quickly grasping the key drivers in the industry and developing a strategic initiatives to effectively reach our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic brand Initiatives to drive activation of Exclusive Resorts' brand campaign through new and existing partnership opportunities. Specifically searching for opportunities that drive consideration and affinity
  • Develop and invigorate the Exclusive Resorts partner network with leading best-in-class brands
  • Generate and implement partnership strategies along various networks and channels
  • Prepare and implement business plans with new and existing partners to actively promote the relationship through joint ventures
  • Develop and refine benefits programs and conceptualize new opportunities to access partner platforms and services to support Member engagement
  • Establish and maintain a high level of work intensity to continue to identify activation opportunities to leverage partnerships to increase brand awareness, cross-promote and generate new business
  • Develop and drive a successful ongoing sales training program for strategic selling of new memberships, upgrades, extensions, and other products
  • Act as the face of the brand with external partners ensuring you are polished and articulate
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to establish a dedicated sales program focusing on channel sales leads to drive successful conversion of partner/channel leads
  • Provide partner research, outreach, relationship cultivation and management, closing, and onboarding utilizing highly developed persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Facilitate partner onboarding training and follow-up to evangelize Exclusive Resorts within the partner sales and service teams. Fully owns these relationships
  • Develop and implement partner activation initiatives working with Sales, Marketing, and other business stakeholders.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports on strategy, status, and key activation initiatives

Background & Profile:

7 years of progressive experience in Business Development and/or Strategic Brand Partner Acquisition. With a balance of imaginative, creative, and analytical skills, you will be collaborative by nature and extremely energetic, pragmatic, and goal-oriented. This person will be a natural cheerleader and champion for the organization.

Our ideal candidate will also have solid knowledge and experience with acquisition marketing to drive and execute the Company’s acquisition strategy. You must possess extraordinary passion, drive, and willingness to work closely with team members in providing vision, direction, and hands-on support.

In addition, Exclusive seeks the following qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing high-impact partner strategies
  • Ability to motivate and inspire partners and internal constituents
  • Deep understanding of the company's products or services
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong track record in a luxury service business that serves high and ultra-high-net-worth clients and a proven confidence, ease, and familiarity in interacting with these individuals
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Teamwork-focused, leads collaboratively toward common goals
  • Strong persuasion, and negotiation communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Proven track record
  • Outstanding executive presence, with the confidence and charisma to own the room at events and presentations. Must be polished and articulate as public face of the company
  • Achievement Orientation – Willing to work hard to get results.
  • Creativity – Thinks creatively to advance the sales process
  • Energy & Stamina – Focuses a high level of energy on the business and manages stress effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
