We are seeking a polished, dynamic, and experienced Director, Brand Partnerships to lead identification, negotiation, and management of new partnerships that elevate the Exclusive Resorts brand and contribute to Member acquisition and retention. The Director, Brand Partnerships will also be responsible for managing an developing Exclusive Resorts' current strategic partnerships, as well as working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to conceptualize, curate and Implement strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing high-impact partner relationship strategies that drive the business forward. They will also have a strong background in public relations, event management, membership programs, and leading brand activation initiatives.
The Position:
The Director, Brand Partnerships will be a hands-on and tactical operator who drives initiatives that directly flow through to bottom-line results. This individual can best be viewed as an entrepreneurial and high-energy manager, who maintains a focus on goals and objectives while quickly grasping the key drivers in the industry and developing a strategic initiatives to effectively reach our target audience.

7 years of progressive experience in Business Development and/or Strategic Brand Partner Acquisition. With a balance of imaginative, creative, and analytical skills, you will be collaborative by nature and extremely energetic, pragmatic, and goal-oriented. This person will be a natural cheerleader and champion for the organization.
Our ideal candidate will also have solid knowledge and experience with acquisition marketing to drive and execute the Company’s acquisition strategy. You must possess extraordinary passion, drive, and willingness to work closely with team members in providing vision, direction, and hands-on support.
