Salary: $55 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Care for all open wounds - including changing, cleaning, and dressing.
• Complete all required admission paperwork and document all residents' care.
• Provide support and advice to both residents and their families. 
• Monitor resident's wounds and administer medication or treatment as needed.
• Adhere to all infection-control policies to promote the safety of both residents and employees.
• Ensure quality care by adhering to the facility's outlined standards and protocols of care. 
• Adhering to all HIPAA and confidentiality regulations. 

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the State of New York
• COVID-19 vaccination is required
• Wound and ostomy certified
