Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in hospice settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist with pain management and symptom control
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in hospice or palliative care required
- Ability to provide care for patients with special needs such as dementia or cognitive impairments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN

Pay: $37.53 - $45.19 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
