Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Clinical Services to oversee our clinical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nurse management, home care, and possess exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Oversee documentation review and compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor patient health status and coordinate care plans

- Overall administration of the clinical departments and monitoring of appropriate staffing and productivity.

- Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary group, patient, family and referring agency

- Monitors and analyzes QAPI issues and directs clinical staff with regard to Hospice policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience in nurse management, preferably in acute care or home care settings
- Strong knowledge of physiology and patient monitoring techniques
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and documentation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

- Minimum 2 years of hospice or home care experience as a registered nurse, within the last 36 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.25 - $43.65 per hour
