• Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Construction Manager. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for all functions and aspects of all refrigeration construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Plus one night a week (when needed)

Assist with other duties as needed by the Construction Manager

• • • Starting Salary: $75K-$100K (Based on Experience)

• • • Shift/Schedule: Monday – Friday (available on weekends if needed)

7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

• Duties/Responsibilities:

• Meet with Construction Administration to review job costs/progression and

billing.

• Oversee all construction projects from start to finish.
• Attend job meetings weekly/biweekly for new stores, remodels, safety, and budget.
• Team meetings with construction and start-up employees.
• Review employee timecards in timecard software.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, off boarding, along with disciplinary actions.
• Assist with 90-day and annual reviews.
• Perform weekly project scheduling for employees.
• Communicate with general contractors, store managers, coordinators, and owners.
• Set up projects for mobilization( order equipment, create purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, etc.)
• Visit all projects at least 2 times a week to ensure progress and goals are being made. (Day or Night)
• Verify change orders and get a list of materials for changes.
• Enforce All Safety measures on job sites.
• Assist with employee on-the-job training.

• Education: High School Diploma required or equivalent, degree in related field (preferred)

• Qualifications:

• • Time management
    • Minimum of (5) years of Foreman or Construction Project Manager (Refrigerant Field Preferred)
    • High attention to detail critical
    • Excellent Communication Skills, Problem-solving, and Organizational skills.
    • Moderate to advanced user level of Microsoft Office: Word, Excell, Outlook,
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Exceptional communication on all platforms: phone, in-person, e-mail, written, etc.
    • Great communication skills to assist the administration team.
    • Ability to grasp new technologies and platforms.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet requested deadlines.
    • High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and change
    • Willing to work extra hours as needed to complete responsibilities.
    • Valid Driver's License with a clean record
    • Must consent to a background check.
    • Must pass drug screening.

      • May require bending, stooping, stairs, climbing, and lifting to 50 lbs.
      • May require working at heights.
