We are actively in search of self-motivated individuals to fill positions as Service/Maintenance Technicians to serve our customers for the next 38 years.

Salaries:

$17.00 - $22.00 Maintenance Technician

$23.00 - $30.00 for 1-5 years’ experience

$30.00 - $35.00 for 5-10 years’ experience

$35.00 for over 10 years’ experience

Required Qualifications:

• Candidates must have at least 1 year of prior experience working as an HVAC/R technician,

Or Installer

• EPA certified preferred, but we can work with those who qualify with our in-house testing.
• Valid driver licenses and clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to work, day/night/weekends/holidays and extended hours.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with various refrigerants and their safe handling.
• Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Duties:

Repair and maintenance summary:

• Perform regular maintenance on commercial refrigeration systems, including checking refrigerant levels, replacing parts as needed, lubricating moving parts, etc....
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with malfunctioning refrigeration equipment and HVAC.
• Repair and replace faulty components, such as compressors, valves, motors, thermostats, and electrical wiring.
• Test repair systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
• Leak searching entire systems. Repair leaks as they are located.
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
