Job Summary:

As a Front Office Coordinator at Excel Physical Therapy, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our patients. You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and callers, ensuring exceptional customer service and facilitating the smooth flow of daily clinic operations. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our clinic.

Job Duties:

  • Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer service
  • Coordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to discharge
  • Answering phones
  • Electronic scheduling
  • Data entry
  • Verifying insurance benefits
  • Maintaining patient charts and electronic medical records
  • Collecting, posting, and depositing patient payments
  • Faxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Can work as a team and independently
  • Has a professional appearance
  • Strong communication skills
