ExcelCare at Wayne, a beautiful Skilled Nursing community located in Passaic County in Wayne, NJ is seeking a "Business Office Manager" with business office experience in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting. The Business Office Associate is responsible for the daily business office functions including: accounts payable; insurance authorization and recertification; medical records requests; and resident’s personal needs account.
The Business Office Associate position is to develop, implement and maintain systems to operate the business office in an effective and efficient manner in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
