Our core in-house services include Building Management, Concierge and Cleaning Services, and we manage a large portfolio of high-profile clients based in Sydney and foster an environment of transparency, collaboration, respect, and integrity.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our Company.A great opportunity to join a high performing team and work within a collaborative, positive and professional environment to unleash your potential!Responsibilities will include:Recruitment Utilise various recruitment methods to attract candidates including job advertising, networking, and direct sourcing.Screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, and experience.Coordinate and schedule interviews for positions, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Create and maintain accurate employee records in our Employment Hero applicant tracking system and other databases.Team Scheduling and Co-ordinationCreate team rosters for staff attendance according to approved schedules.Distribute rosters to team members via Employment Hero.In conjunction with management, co-ordinate staff leave ensuring all shifts are completed in accordance with contractual requirements.Reconcile attendances and support payroll process.On a rostered basis, manage out of hours team leave requests that have required escalation due to unexpected illness or emergency. QualificationsQualifications in Human Resource Management would be welcomed.Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, WordA strong administrative backgroundAn appreciation of customer serviceYou will be process driven, outcome orientated, and high level of attention to detail.Previous experience in the strata industry is a plus.Additional InformationApplicants are required to be eligible to work in Australia and being successful in the recruitment process you will be required to present your Police Check.Please visit our website www.excelbm.com.au and watch our video below.Applicants are required to submit a copy your resume and cover letter as part of this application.Working hours:Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm in Pyrmont NSW.We will not consider applications from overseas and /or to work remotely.We take this opportunity to thank all applicants in advance and advise only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
