Exact Staff is looking for experienced servers and bartenders for an Event this Saturday, April 27th in Pittsburgh, PA.

We need 8 servers and 5 bartenders for an event Saturday, April 27th from 4:30pm-1:15am. Both roles will be expected to help in any way such as but not limited to set up, tear down, restock, clean up. Contact Christina at 682-300-1914 if you have the experience, we are looking for at 682-300-1914.

• Pay Rate: $23.00 /Hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform the steps of SSA EXTRA Guest Service to ensure a memorable experience for every guest and client.
• Oversee quality, product levels, and inventory of product.
• Fulfill guest’s needs quickly and efficiently as well as resolve complaints effectively.
• Meet expectations of proper setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of their bar(s) during each event.
• Execute duties for overall productivity of banquet events as assigned.
• Ability to express knowledge of alcoholic drinks and bartending techniques with guest service in mind.

Job Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate to our client, General Manager and HQ personnel.
• Excelled problem solving/decision making skills combined with the ability to be organized.
• Demonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate all equipment necessary to perform job duties.

Previous Experience:

• Serving Bartending/or event industry experience
• All education backgrounds eligible.

Attire:

• Black dress pants (no jeans, leggings or joggers).
• Long sleeve button-up black shirt (Food service can wear a black polo).
• No other colors or designs permitted on the shirt.
• Black shoes, they must be closed toe & closed heel (no slippers, crocs or sandals).

• As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check.
