**Position: Construction Permit Coordinator**

**Location:** North Miami, FL

**Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the primary point of contact for obtaining and managing Roofing, Windows, and home remodeling permits.

- Liaise with local government agencies to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

- Prepare and submit permit applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information for permit applications.

- Track the progress of permit applications and follow up with authorities as needed.

- Maintain organized records of permits, approvals, and related documentation.

- Provide support and guidance to project teams on permit-related matters.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in construction permitting or a similar role preferred.

- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
