Role Summary:

At Ewing the Branch Managers are the foundation of success for our service professionals. They lead, train, and develop team operations for branch success. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue and profitability for your branch. It is important that you are fully staffed to execute operational goals. The ability to recruit and develop staff members is vital for you to exceed client and field expectations. Let’s not forget the fun stuff, you will be responsible for business development and customer relationship management activities to existing and prospective clients. 

What you will do:

• Directing daily branch operations,
• Develop business through a combination of methods
• Plan, organize and execute business development events.
• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships
• Responsible for leading and managing branch staff
• Directing daily branch operations: inventory management, budgets, forecasting, compliance, marketing, merchandising and other general duties

What are looking for:

• High School diploma or equivalent 
• 2 years of managerial experience 
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not required 
• Green Industry experience or knowledge
