Ewing Irrigation & Landscape Supply is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to manage our Santa Cruz branch location. As the largest family-owned supplier of landscape and irrigation products in the country, we provide our employees with the tools and resources needed to succeed in the industry. The Branch Manager will be responsible for creating a positive work environment while ensuring exceptional customer service and profitable operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of employees, overseeing day-to-day operations, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving branch profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage team performance to ensure individual and branch sales goals are being met
• Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including inventory and personnel management
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales
• Monitor and adhere to budgets and financial targets
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Ensure customer orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and efficiently
• Assist in recruiting, training, and developing employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in retail, preferably in the landscape and irrigation supply industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
• Knowledge of irrigation and landscape products preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
