LIEN SALES MANAGER
Compensation – DOE- Full Time - Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM, SOME WEEKENDS!

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and capable Lien Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The Lien Sales Manager facilitates our weekly auctions both public, and wrecker, handles time-sensitive notices sent to lien holders, and oversees the auction yard and staff. The Liens Sales Manager must be an honest, dedicated, and talented individual to assume the Manager position in the Lien Sales department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Provides leadership to the lien sales team, inside office team and auction yard team.
Motivates and encourages the lien sales team to ensure quotas and deadlines are met.
Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets.
Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient operations.
Collaborates with executive leadership to develop department deadlines.
Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.
Thoroughly understands and complies with the Nevada Administrative Code, Chapter 108, Statutory Liens.
Oversees the preparation of vehicles being prepared for auction(s) weekly. Including their maintenance and cleanup.
Oversees visits from outside state and government agencies that need access to vehicles being prepared for auction.
Oversees vendors who need access to vehicles being prepared for auction.
Assists in the preparation of vehicles by performing the necessary maintenance as needed.
Ensures the liens sales department and lot are neat, clean, and safe.
Oversees auction sale documents.
Monitors employees’ schedules and reviews and approves their biweekly timecards.
Anticipates changes in both state and local agency statutes/regulations that will impact the lien sales process. An example of this would be participating in DMV workshops that relate to lien sales packets.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises 8-15 employees on a regular basis.
Hires and trains lien sales staff including lot personnel.
Organizes and oversees the schedules and performance of the liens sales staff and lot personnel.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy and as a team with the human resources department.

Education and/or Experience:
3-5 years related experience required.
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration/legal studies, preferred.
Language Skills: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from manager(s)/Supervisors, clients, customers, and the general public. Fluent in Spanish, reading and writing, is a plus, but not required.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent. Ability to accurately use a calculator.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
