Qualifications
2 years experience as a Bar Manager in a high volume / full bar environment, experience in a new store opening (preferred)
· Knowledge of managing a very seasonal business - flexing up dramatically for the summer months and tightening belts in the winter
· A strong understanding of systems, both operational and developmental/training
· Excellent communication skills both with your team and with operational leadership
· Strong financial / business acumen and understanding of food safety standards, DOH regulations
· The ability to synthesize data into actionable items
· Excellent hospitality standards - best in class when running daily service
· A willingness to get your hands dirty - this is a very active job, leading the team by example every day
