The Recruiter position at EW Grobbel performs full cycle recruiting on all organizational positions, including but not limited to: manufacturing, maintenance, quality assurance, warehousing, accounting, payroll, office/administration, HR, and supervision roles. They are also responsible for the orientation and overall onboarding of new employees. Responsibilities include sourcing and reviewing resumes, phone/onsite interviews, job performance testing, prepare and present job offers, orientations, and any other HR/Recruitment related tasks.

General Requirements:

• Assists in the recruitment and retention of top talent
• Recruits active and passive candidates from various resources, including Internet job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Assists in the hiring process for open positions, including interviewing and screening applicants both over the phone and in person.
• Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all candidate communications.
• Follows up on interviewees, including making offers to those selected for hire.
• Applies HR recruiting best practices.
• Conducts employee orientations and onboarding
• Reviews attendance policy, employee handbook, and benefit information.
• Creates new hire employee files in our employee database

Key Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience in HR / Recruitment
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality results/deliverables
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high caliber and dynamic environment
• Good organizational skills and time management are a must
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems preferred
• Proficient in Office 365 Applications
• Precise data entry and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
