Job Summary:

Evolve Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team providing support in an Evansville, IN area hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure the highest level of medical documentation. Duties:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and mental health
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their care plans
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation using electronic health record systems (Cerner)
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in healthcare delivery
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [STATE]
