Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous Compliance Officer to join our team. The Compliance Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures related to chart compliance, staff training, and facility inspections.

Duties:

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures

- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to regulations

- Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the industry

- Collaborate with various departments to address compliance issues

- Collaborate with department heads to address compliance concerns and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate and facilitate inspections from regulatory agencies, ensuring readiness and compliance.

- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.

Experience:

-- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in compliance, preferably in a healthcare or treatment center setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and state/federal guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
