New Moon Roofing & Construction is based in Loudoun, serving the Northern VA and Shenandoah Valley area. We are looking for experienced and highly motivated individuals to be the face and first impression of our company. The ideal candidates will be self-motivated, professional, and possess product knowledge as well as knowledge of the insurance claims process. You will have unlimited earning potential and be rewarded for your efforts. We are focused on customer satisfaction and the success and happiness of our sales team.

We are a small company and are looking for a sales team to help us grow. Phone and gas/mileage reimbursement after minimal monthly quota is met. Flexible schedule, as well as growth potential within the company make this a great opportunity. We are offering a very competitive commission structure, as well as a monthly and quarterly bonus.

Responsibilities:

· Create leads by identifying homes with exterior damage

· Conduct exterior property inspections and assessments to determine damage for insurance claim or repair/replacement details for customer estimate

· Develop and maintain trusting relationship with customers before, during and after project by assessing customer needs, offering solution options, and delivering above customer expectations

· Maintain proper records and documentation for each project

· Coordinate with owner to have a team member on site for the installation or repair process to ensure customer satisfaction

· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications:

· Previous successful experience with roofing sales

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Must be able to climb and walk on a roof in order to assess damage

· Must have your own General Liability insurance

· Ability to work independently and as a team

· Must have valid drivers license
