Job Summary: As a Roofing salesperson, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell roofing services/products to residential and commercial clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue for the company by identifying potential customers, providing client information to our office for scheduling appointments, and providing clients with tailored solutions. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Pay: This is a commission based position. For every approved project you get from your own leads, you get a commission of the profits. The rate of commission is 30-50% of the project profit. The rate of commission varies depending on the project size/type. Additional details regarding commission are provided in the interview process.

Qualifications:

• Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry, is a significant advantage.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with various roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and basic ability to use CRM software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information with clients. Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable deals for both the company and the client.
• Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach, aiming to provide top-notch service and meet clients' needs in a timely manner.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, set goals, and take the initiative to drive sales.
• Valid Driver's License (Required): A driver's license and reliable transportation to visit clients and job sites. Do not apply to this job if you do not have your own mode of transportation.

Responsibilities:

• As a salesperson, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell roofing services/products to residential and commercial clients.
• Customer Outreach: Actively seek out potential customers through various channels, including door to door, cold calls, referrals, and networking. You will be responsible for daily door knocking in specific areas to set up appointments for roofing estimates in the DMV area.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the company's CRM system. Report results weekly on business software.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies and pitches. Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest roofing materials, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, outlining the advantages of the company's roofing products and services.
