Lion Hopper Exteriors is a Virginia Class A licensed roofing and siding contractor. We are headquartered in Fredericksburg and work with property owners in Fredericksburg and Richmond.

We started Lion Hopper Exteriors to provide quality exterior home improvement services with a level of customer service uncommonly found in the construction industry.

Experience & Skills:

• You must have prior sales experience, preferrably in roofing or home improvement.
• Excellent communication skills - you will be meeting and talking to many people in this position!
• Highly motivated - your success is directly related to how much effort you put in.
• Organized and detailed

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with prospective clients and inspect the exterior and interior of thier home for storm damage
• Meet with insurance adjusters to show them the storm damage
• Meet with your clients to educate them and assist them in making roofing and siding product selections and sign the contract!

Requirements:

• Must pass a background check
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on a roof

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
