Evoke Consulting is seeking a
Records Management Lead to support a project team in Washington, D.C. with electronic records management planning, implementation and maintenance support.
DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for ensuring all ERM projects, and associated tasks/deliverables, are completed on-time and within scope
- Provides technical expertise on electronic and non-electronic records management issues
- Assists with the implementation of policy and guidance for recordkeeping in accordance with strategic plans, congressional mandates, and NARA regulations, standards, and guidance
- Develops/maintains detailed project plan(s) to monitor and track project/task progress
- Coordinates internal (i.e., direct report personnel) and external (i.e., federal clients/stakeholders and other contractor support personnel) resources to achieve project goals
- Provides various reports to communicate/escalate issues to client(s), as required
- Drafts/edits descriptive manuals and guides on a variety of subjects
- Formulates innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions
- Analyzes information required to create and update procedure and form documentation
- Reviews/edits content for accuracy/compliance
- Maintains and publishes project documentation - to include Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), playbooks, etc.
- Coordinates external and internal communications flow (e.g.: records bulletins, status reports, monthly ERM training)
- Cultivates relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinates with Subject-Matter Experts to ensure specialized tasks are appropriately communicated and monitored through completion
- Develops training and communications plans
- Miscellaneous duties for executive-level leadership, as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Skills:
- Ten (10) years' relevant work experience
- Ability to complete assigned tasks with general/limited direction
- Comfortable in dynamic environments and with rapidly shifting priorities
- Must have experience implementing a federal records management program
- Comfortable interacting with clients' senior-level leadership, integrated team members, and external stakeholders
- Must be highly detail-oriented and able to quickly absorb complex processes and business needs to identify opportunities for efficiency
- Analytical approach to problem-solving, leveraging technology to solve business problems
- Critical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; requires great listening and interpretation skills
- Self-starter with a consultant mindset; identify, communicate, and act on issues and initiatives
Education:
- BA/BS in related field; post-graduate degree may be substituted for six (6) years of relevant experience
- M365 certification and an industry- recognized Records Management credential such as a Certified Records Manager (CRM)
Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required
Security Clearance: Requires a
fully adjudicated,
active (or recently deactivated - within last two years)
TOP SECRET (DOE "
Q") clearance; must be able to obtain/maintain a DOE "Q" clearance
