Overview

The Marketing Analyst is a key player in the success of EIM’s University Partner (UP) business. EIM partners with leading colleges and universities to power hybrid, accelerated doctorate programs in health care (Doctor of Physical Therapy, Doctor of Occupational Therapy, Physician Assistant, and other programs). In our partnership with the University, we offer various services through all phases of the hybrid program's development. This includes accreditation, student enrollment, faculty recruitment, marketing, curriculum development, and clinical placement. A few of our University Partners include Hanover College, Hawaii Pacific University, Bowling Green State University and others.

As a member of EIM’s University Partner marketing team, the Marketing Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing and student recruitment efforts by collecting, maintaining, analyzing and communicating data and insights from across the student recruitment funnel to drive strategic decisions and contribute to the success of our graduate programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, market research, same point in time analysis, and a deep understanding of marketing strategies in the education sector.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Gather, clean, and analyze data across the student recruitment funnel.
  • Utilize statistical methods and tools to identify trends, patterns, and key insights in the student recruitment funnel.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analysis to benchmark against industry standards and EIM’s graduate program ecosystem.

Funnel Optimization:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to optimize the student recruitment funnel.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in lead generation, conversion rates, and overall efficiency.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing methodologies to enhance campaign performance.

Market Research:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in student behavior.
  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics, preferences, and potential areas for campaign expansion.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform marketing and student recruitment strategies and decision-making.

Reporting and Visualization:

  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
  • Develop data visualizations that effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
  • Present findings to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams and other stakeholders to align efforts and strategies.
  • Provide analytical support for the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics platforms and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the higher education sector is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce suite is a plus.
