05/31/2024 POSITION: Director of Personnel
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Shall possess or be eligible for a valid N.J. Teaching Certificate as well as a Supervisor, Principal and/or
School Administrator Certificate.
2. Shall be a graduate of an accredited college or university.
3. Must have at least five (5) years teaching experience in a K-8 public school setting.
4. Administrative experience in an educational setting required.
5. Shall possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
6. Shall have a proven record of interpersonal skills.
7. Shall possess strong background in curriculum and instruction.
8. Shall possess excellent organizational, technological and management skills.
9. Demonstrated leadership experience in school policy development, Affirmative Action investigations, school improvement/program development, and staff supervision preferred.
10. Such additions and/or alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
CONTRACT SCHOOL YEAR: 2024-2025 school year
EFFECTIVE DATE: January 1, 2025
SALARY: Salary will be competitive and negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
