Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality standards. You will oversee quality inspections, audits, and control procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
- Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines
- Monitor and maintain quality systems, including document control and record keeping
- Provide training on quality management principles and practices
- Manage projects related to quality improvement initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, including FDA regulation

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Requirements
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and procedures
- Experience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions

- Solid understanding of quality control methodologies and tools
- Project management skills to effectively lead quality improvement projects
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address quality issues in a timely manner

- Ability to fabricate reports and documentation accurately
