Qualita Global LLC is Hiring a Quality Liaison Near Toledo, OH
Serve as a Quality Liaison for a client in Toledo OH. Must show a willingness to participate in any area of the sort/inspection/re-work process, while maintaining all data records as required by upper management and clients. Ability to communicate to clients with discretion and professionalism. Ability to adapt as a team player as well as an independent worker. Must be able to travel in the area as needed. This will be a fulltime position, the working hours will be: 7am-3pm Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with different departments at our client's facility to resolve quality issues.
- Oversee employees at the client's facility and assist them in the quality inspection process.
- Conduct audits to evaluate the performance of the facilities operations regarding quality and ensure operations align with established regulations.
- Provide on-site support and diagnostics for all quality issues and concerns for our client.
- Complete a detailed weekly liaison report in Excel and submit it to our company weekly.
Qualifications:
- Good computer and typing skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility within a fast-paced challenging environment.
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential material and information.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to travel as needed.
- Demonstrate characteristics of a supervisor profile.
- High school diploma or GED required. Post secondary education is desirable.
- Previous Quality Liaison experience is a must.
- Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
