About Us:
Evelyn Hill Inc. provides leading hospitality services at the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island in New York, the Gateway Arch, and Fort McHenry National Monuments.
We are celebrating our 92nd anniversary, making us the oldest family-owned, exclusive concessionaire for the National Park Service.
We proudly operate the gift shop and food service at the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island and are looking for outgoing, friendly people to join our team. We are a family-run business and treat everyone like they are family.
We are open 7 days a week from 9am to 5:15pm off season and 7pm during the peak season. No nights.
What You Should Expect:
- Employees are required to work on peak business days, Friday, Saturday and Sundays.
- Must take swift action to resolve complaints of guests, inform managers of accidents and potential safety hazards.
- Floor staff stocks the floor with souvenirs and gifts from the stockroom.
- Cashiers tend to registers and ring up visitors' purchases.
- Be a quick-learner as employees are expected to be cross-trained in all aspects of retail operations (stocker, cashier, bathroom attendant)

- Must be able to lift boxes - 10 to 30lb range, stand continuously
- Pass background check

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
