Eurofins Environment Testing USA is Hiring a Client Services Representative - Part Time Near Cary, NC

Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day
communication between our clients and our laboratories, ensuring exceptional
client experience, and performing tasks within the various login departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner.
  • Advise walk-in clients about service information and project preparation.
  • Maintain a constant overview of projects in PLM/TEM/and IAQ departments that need login or client communication.
  • Unpack shipments and document receipt of sample.
  • Update client and project data records in LIMS and CRM software systems.
  • Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries and improve processes.
  • Ability to assist with administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Teamwork is the foundation of success at Eurofins CEI; We perform other tasks as needed across departments.
  • Take inventory of office, media, and paper café items.
  • Assist with package receiving, opening, sorting.
  • Receive purchase orders and replenish stock.
  • Keep front lobby area stocked and tidy.

Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience 1-2 years
